Australia is seeing an overwhelming response in online shopping due to COVID-19 and Christmas this year. Australia Post, courier services and our shipping ports are operating at or over capacity. We appreciate your patience and understanding that pre-order item ETA's are difficult to predict at this time of year and are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to manage these expectations and keep you in the loop.
To ensure you or your loved ones receive their Christmas present in time we must set a cut off date. We do not guarantee delivery of orders made after these dates. Some of these dates are restricted due to Australia Post and our courier service. Please note we do not allow local pick up of any order.

Unfortunately we cannot hold Christmas present bikes or parts in our warehouse.
Upon delivery we advise (if possible) that bike boxes are opened and the bike is inspected (without assembly and carefully put back in) so that any issues can be lodged prior to the 25th December.
If you have purchased your bike in advance of 14 days prior to 25th December we will still honour our free 14 day return policy provided the below conditions have been met. You can view our returns policy here
1) The bike is in as new un used condition
2) You lodge a request for return or exchange by the 8th January (14 days after the 25th December)
3) We would appreciate you notifying us at time of purchase that the order is a Christmas present. In the event of an exchange or return this will make the process much easier for both parties.
Please allow 3 business days after your order has been placed before you are emailed your tracking number for your order.
Allow up to 12 hours for the tracking number to register in the system.
