COVID19 - UPDATES - STILL SHIPPING - STILL RIDING!
We are doing everything possible to keep delivering during current difficult times. With our business adapting to the current challenges, our normal practice of delivery has been impacted. We are experiencing significant delivery delays due to changes within international logistic supply chains, hygiene and social distancing (impacted on an international scale), and an increase in parcel volumes as more people shop online.
All products are in stock and ready to ship from either our Sydney or Melbourne warehouse.
Please note your order may be part shipped from both locations. If you placed an order for a bike/s plus accessories and only receive your bike, your accessories will arrive separately via another tracking number.
Next day dispatch - updated
Due to the high volume of orders, your item will be shipped in 2 business days. All orders received by 5 pm AET will usually be dispatched in the next 2 following business days. If an order is placed on the weekend or public holiday, please note dispatch will usually be done in the next 2 working days. For tracked shipments, please allow 12 hours for tracking to begin.
Shipping bulky goods and bikes start at $29. However, this can change depending on where you live. Please use our Shipping Calculator on the products page to see the cost of your postcode and your ETA for that item. Once you have purchased your fresh bike or parts, we will provide you with a tracking number that will let you know when the products will arrive.
Sydney Metro Express Courier Service
For our customers based in Sydney Metro, we offer an express courier service with Live tracking. Orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 1pm will be delivered to your house the next day. You can know exactly when your bike is arriving at your home with a tracking link. The link will be sent to your mobile number and email once your bike has been picked up from our warehouse by the courier. You will be able to check the location of your delivery driver in real-time on your phone or computer; you will know where your next pride and joy is at all times.
In the case of unsuccessful delivery, you will be notified and another delivery will be attempted the next business day.
Sydney Metro Saturday Delivery Courier Service
Bicycles Online understands you may be busy, and you cannot always be home to receive your bike during the week. We now offer Saturday Delivery as a shipping method within the city metro area. Just as a Live tracking shipment, a tracking link will be sent to your mobile/email, and you will be able to check the location of your delivery driver in real-time. Please note that orders must be made before 1:00pm on a Thursday to be eligible for Saturday Delivery.
In case of unsuccessful delivery, another delivery will be attempted the next business day. If you wish to have the delivery held until next Saturday, please get in touch with our customer service.
*Please note that the Express Courier Service will only be available if the product you are purchasing is physically located at our Sydney Warehouse. If your product is located in our Melbourne warehouse it is ineligible for express delivery or the live tracking service.
PARTS, ACCESSORIES AND APPAREL SHIPPING
Shipping is free for orders over $100 on all small parcels (parts, accessories and apparel) Australia wide using tracked services of Australia Post. Estimated delivery time is typically 3-9 business days, but please account for delays in the current COVID19 situation.
